You’re holding the vision alone, stretched thin across roles, and starting to wonder how long you can keep carrying it all without burning out.

team dynamics + conflicts

Unspoken expectations and misaligned values create friction that slows everything down - and without healthy systems, conflict becomes the norm.

lack of Financial Sustainability

You’ve invested your time, money, and heart - but without a clear path to financial sustainability, the dream risks becoming a burden.

LACK OF CLARITY + STRUCTURE

Without a shared vision and clear agreements, even simple steps feel chaotic - draining energy, stalling progress, and fueling unnecessary tension.

create a blueprint from the insights of people who’ve already lived and learned it.

We created this because it’s exactly what we wish we had when we began.

Every mentor in this experience has walked the land, faced the fires, and made the mistakes that most people only talk about in hindsight. We’ve lost sleep over budgets, cried through conflict, and questioned everything we were building - only to come out the other side with clarity, strength, and systems that actually work.

Who Is This For?

The Blocked or Burnt Out Leader

You’re facing challenges in your project: conflict, unclear roles, exhaustion, disconnection from the original spark. You’re looking for a guided container or a mastermind to align with the next evolution of your work.

The Community Steward

The Vision Holder

You have land — or access to it — and a dream to create something that nourishes people, planet, and purpose. You’re ready to move from inspiration to grounded action, and design something that truly regenerates life.

The Builder in Process

You’ve already begun. Maybe you’ve built something or started the journey, but you realize you need stronger tools, better frameworks, and seasoned guidance to take it deeper.

You want to serve a land-based or retreat community - not by owning it, but by becoming a trusted contributor. You’re seeking the skills, systems, and inner clarity to be an indispensable part of something bigger than yourself.

This is for you if you are seeking the skills, systems, and inner clarity to be an indispensable part of building the regenerative living spaces of the future.
